The East Kazakhstan regional freestyle wrestling championship among young men was held in Ust-Kamenogorsk for the prizes of the honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kokenai Bazarov. The competition was attended by athletes of the free-style wrestling department of the Zhaksylyk Ushkempirov Semey sports Academy.
Diaz Muratbekov in the weight category 45 kg, Aikyn Bolatuly weight category 51 kg, Dastan Kalkak in the weight category 55 kg, Muhamedali Kabdoldanov weight category of 65 kg, Kanybekov Zhenis weight 71 kg, Ilyas Yerbolatov weight category of 80 kg, Matvei Cherepanov in weight category of 48 kg, Eldar Morlang weight category 51 kg, Erasyl Yesbolatov in the weight category 55 kg, Ayzat Kozhanzharov weight category of 65 kg took the second place and Bekzat Daukenov in the weight category 55 kg took the third place.
